Cancellations and/or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment will forfeit deposit. If you're 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. No shows will result in cancellation of all pre-scheduled appointments, forfeit deposit and will require management approval for future appointments.
